Stimulus critics attack Microsoft over Bridge (a real live people / car bridge, not some new software)

Critics of the economic stimulus plan are attacking Microsoft and the City of Redmond Washington for a new bridge that will link together Microsoft’s campus over a busy Interstate. The bridge, which will cost about $40 million, is being jointly funded by Microsoft and the government, but when costs started to jump a bit higher the
City requested $11 million in economic stimulus funding.
Microsoft traffic, by the way, will account for about 42% of the traffic on the new bridge, according to the article.
Anyway, not really technology related per se, but expect the MS bashers to jump on this one just for the joy of jumping on Microsoft.
